We’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager to take our digital efforts to the next level. You’ll own our SEO, Google Ads, web analytics, chatbot platform, and an account-based marketing (ABM) program. This is your chance to create a significant impact in a dynamic and productive setting.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Lead online marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and B2B advertising to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and complete targeted digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Optimize website performance through web analytics, tracking, and data-driven insights.
  • Assist in developing and implementing key performance indicators to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage at least one 1 : 1 or Cluster ABM program , refining strategies for maximum impact.
  • Take charge of our chatbot platform , ensuring it delivers a flawless customer experience.
  • Act as a live agent , engaging with customers via chatbot to answer inquiries in real time.

What You Offer :

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, analytics).
  • A degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO strategies .
  • Proven experience in creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, B2B platforms).
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Conductor, and tracking systems .
  • Familiarity with PiwikPro, Google Analytics, and similar platforms .
  • Proficient in German and English—communication is key!
