Key Activities : Coordinate marketing materials and ensure timely execution (POS materials, content, campaign assets, translations, etc.) Collaborate with local sales teams, the Regional Marketing Manager, and central EMEA marketing to align marketing activities Keep promotional materials up-to-date and well-organized Provide administrative support (e.g., product info, registrations, purchase orders, invoicing) Support marketing events, such as congresses, PR activities, and training sessions The ideal candidate will have : At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (internship experience included) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field Strong project management and multitasking skills Fluent in English & German (written & verbal) – French or another European language is a plus Proactive, hands-on attitude and a strong team player Creativity, flexibility, and a keen eye for detail Ready to join us?
