The Senior HR Manager will lead HR operations across a dual-structured plant environment, working closely with key stakeholders across business units and shared services.
The successful candidate will manage complex team structures and play a vital role in supporting workforce engagement, compliance, and HR initiatives within a matrix organization.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a large-scale manufacturing site, where you will drive HR strategy in alignment with plant operations and collaborate closely with senior leadership. The position also offers strong growth potential for someone looking to build a long-term career within the business.
Key responsibilities of the Senior HR Manager :
- Lead strategy, HR operations, and team management across two distinct business units within a shared plant structure
- Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, supporting business goals through strategic HR partnering
- Oversee employee relations and liaise with Works Councils to maintain a collaborative and compliant workplace
- Support the Head of HR in ensuring effective team leadership, succession planning, and operational HR excellence
