• Analyze internal tenders and customer inquiries; assess feasibility with specialist departments
• Develop bid strategies in cooperation with Business Development
• Coordinate proposed solution architecture with product architects and engineering teams
• Conceptualize and develop comprehensive solutions (technical, economic, legal, administrative)
• Plan, control, and monitor the entire bidding process
• Prepare project costing, target pricing, and risk assessments
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders during project development
• Physically prepare and submit complete proposals on time

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or comparable technical/business education
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and structured thinking
• Experience in technical project and bid management
• Business fluent English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic) desirable
• Confident use of MS Office; experience with project management or ERP tools is a plus
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings and field assignments
