We are looking for Financial Analyst that is excited to join a tech company that is constantly improving and reimagining the logistics industry. Our candidate should be passionate about using data to solve big, complex and ambiguous problems. The ideal candidate should be eager to continuously learn and improve their skills. As part of the Customer Fulfillment Finance team, you will join a team that is passionate about numbers, data, and how to use them to generate insights and improve our business. We support and influence the organization by providing a holistic and financial perspective, we are the trusted business advisors. We collaborate with our partners to ensure leaders have the most up to date and reliable information, and work with them to make sure we are making the best possible decisions.

Key job responsibilities
• Leverages Customer Fulfillment metrics to identify cost out opportunities by linking up operations and financials
• Understands the details of the cost structure to make thoughtful judgement calls in ambiguous environments where data may be difficult to procure.
• Root cause analysis and uncovering core issues using data, then assisting the Fulfillment Center improve and create new measures for site productivity
• Builds trusted relationships with your business partners to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions that steer business improvements and cost reductions
• Works with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely
• Owns the Financial and operational planning processes to produce a challenging/stretch/bold yet solid operational plan

A day in the life
You will mainly focus on performance metrics of Amazon fulfillment centers in the EU. You will own daily, weekly & monthly reporting, you will be involved in productivity reviews, you will travel across Continental Europe to visit other similar Amazon sites to understand differences and based on data analysis and your gained knowledge you will steer the Senior Leadership the right direction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience developing financial models in Excel with advanced functions (pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power Query)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
