We are currently looking for a highly motivated Business Process & Application Projects Analyst (M / F / D) to join our Customer Centric Applications team team in Meiningen, Berlin or Munich, Germany. Principle duties and essential functions :
Main tasks of the Business Analyst Order Management are focused on Adtran’s BLCP – Customer Order Fulfillment processes. This includes :
Work closely with relevant process owner on the aligned business process and its day-to-day practice to prioritize application improvements
Improve application implementation for global order management processes, practices and related key performance indicators in cooperation with the process owner
Plan activities regarding change management for new implementations
Cooperate with the ERP / SAP application team :
Define and improve prioritization process including release planning.
Review future application processes.
Collect, compile and verify business requirements and results of projects and key user activities.
Manage the sales focused SAP Application Key User team
Develop / train / coach of use case scenarios (potentially “train the trainer” to build a network of user experts).
Conduct user acceptance testing
Coordinate end user trainings and update of related deliverables (e.g. user manual, video).
Monitor the application adoption rate.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
Degree & relevant post degree qualification
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint)
Business Analysis / Business Process Engineering in order management
Multi-year experience with ERP (ideally SAP)
Requirement management, change management, project management
Team-minded, approachable, resilient, reliable
Strong analytic skills and solution driven
Good communication and English skills, team-minded, relieable
