Providing expertise on software-related matters and contributing to the improvement of our team's software infrastructure and documentation. Gaining proficiency in genomics and utilizing bioinformatic tools for data analysis. Supporting the publication of research findings in scientific journals. Profil A PhD degree in computer science with a strong background in software engineering, NGS, and bioinformatics. Expert-level knowledge in Java and Python. Experience with high-performance computing (SLURM experience), cloud computing, parallel computing methods, and GPUs. Familiarity with devops tools such as version control, unit testing, and continuous integration and deployment methods. A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for your work, along with a systematic approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality code. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent command of the English language.
