Gaining proficiency in genomics and utilizing bioinformatic tools for data analysis. Supporting the publication of research findings in scientific journals. Profil A PhD degree in computer science with a strong background in software engineering, NGS, and bioinformatics. Expert-level knowledge in Java and Python. Experience with high-performance computing (SLURM experience), cloud computing, parallel computing methods, and GPUs. Familiarity with devops tools such as version control, unit testing, and continuous integration and deployment methods. A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for your work, along with a systematic approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality code. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent command of the English language.
