The Data Programme Lead will support the various elements of OSI Systems, Inc.’s (OSI’s) Privacy Program.

This position will be primarily remote and will report to the Corporate Compliance Director, based in the UK. Although the role is largely remote, the may be required to travel to various offices on a periodic basis for specific meetings, events, and investigations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws, industry standards, policies, and regulations across all divisions.
• Provide prompt and accurate privacy compliance advice to stakeholders globally.
• Act as the first point of contact for privacy-related matters, supporting stakeholders with the resolution of potential privacy incidents.
• Drive ongoing privacy compliance activities, including privacy assessments, policy design, IT Security and Data Flows, and delivering training.
• Support new product privacy compliance assessments.
• Support Data Inventory and Data Minimization Audits.
• Draft, negotiate, and review Data Processing Agreements.
• Monitor industry best practices, rules, regulations, and guidance to maintain compliance and strategic alignment.
