Remuneration : Up to €140,000 +bonus + car allowance

We are partnered with a dynamic, innovative consulting firm expanding rapidly across the DACH region. As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are building a dedicated Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) practice. We are supporting the Managing Partner in recruiting a Senior IGA Architect / Lead Consultant to lead client engagements across Germany.

Role Overview :

As a Senior IGA Architect / Lead Consultant, you’ll bring your technical expertise to design, implement, and architect ForgeRock-based IGA solutions for clients in highly regulated industries.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a deep understanding of IGA tools, particularly ForgeRock, who is eager to take on challenging projects and lead end-to-end solution delivery. While ForgeRock experience is preferred, our client welcomes candidates with experience across various IGA platforms. Fluency in German is highly desired but flexible for the right candidate.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of up to €140,000 , along with a performance-based bonus, comprehensive benefits package, and a full car allowance. Additionally, the role includes a dedicated training budget to support ongoing professional development.
