Apply today and become an IMPACT Maker at Schneider Electric!We are looking for a Project Manager Product Development (f / m / d) who manage PEP, PMP OCP-Projects or agile / SAFe projects from initiation until project closure, in order to deliver the offer to satisfy the business case in accordance with the committed goals : customer satisfaction & quality, time to market, product & project costs.Your IMPACT :

Lead, coordinate and challenge cross-functional actions of LOB and GSC, and report project status, including cost, timing, quality and staffing

Manage PEP, PMP projects or agile / SAFe projects

Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g. International Standards Organization)

Use appropriate methodologies like Lean / Agile or SAFe to facilitate project efficiency and synchronization

Translate the objectives into operational action plans, organize and schedule the project with identified resources

Drive the project team for finding the best solutions for mastering customer needs, business, time, quality, budget and cost

Assess and manage the risks related to the project, propose alternative solutions, contain the possible consequences and focus upon priorities and key issues

Write and present clear & concise project reports for giving visibility and allowing decision in short time frame

Your Profile

• A degree (Diploma, Bachelor, Master) in industrial engineering or comparable
• First proven experience in project management
• General business knowledge to plan, organise and control resources, procedures and scheduling for an administrative or business process
• The ability to positively influence and convince in combination with strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Good knowledge on PMP, Agile and Hybrid working modes
• Ability to structure the work and simplify complex situation to bring pragmatic solutions
• Be able to lead and motivate your team to achieve the project goals
• Fluency in Englisch, German language skills are advantageous
