Tasks

  • Core Platform Product Management :
  • How can we manage orders of a new merchant that has several fulfillment facilities? Discover customer problems or workflow gaps and work together with engineering to find solutions to them. Core Platform Workflow Creation How do we onboard a vendor? What is the set of configurations that we can offer to solve customers’ needs? Our goal is to solve complex problems, with easy solutions that blend into our customers’ workflows in the smoothest way possible. In order to be on top of all the ecommerce platform options and customer specific needs, we need to document how our product works, and what are all the possible configurations that Spaceshelf can offer. Become our expert of ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and always stay on top of their developments to make sure our solution is leveraging their capabilities in the best possible way. Internal tools How do we help Spaceshelf Operations to be able to manage an ever growing catalog? While scaling we will have new challenges in operating Spaceshelf, which will require us to grow the available internal tools, and potentially to expose more of them outside. Work with operations and engineering to find the opportunities for improvements and bring them to life Requirements 5+ total years of experience in product / project management and or engineering preferably in a startup, with strong focus on customer centrality. Attention to details. Thrive in detailing everything to the lowest degree of precision and love to verify all the assumptions as much as possible. Experience with UI / UX, automation tools and process optimization. Experience with no-code / low-code platforms. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in optimizing operational workflows. A self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage directly with customers. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Big plus : Background in retail, e-commerce, online platforms, SaaS, with a deep understanding of industry challenges and operational needs. Benefits Why Join Spaceshelf?
