Summary

We are looking for a "Product Manager Naval Assets for MSSR (f / m / d)" for the "Identification Friend Foe (IFF)" program area at the Munich / Taufkirchen location as soon as possible.

The program area "Identification Friend Foe (IFF)" is responsible for the product line ATC / IFF and is responsible for the handling of all ATC / IFF projects, the further development of the product portfolio as well as the support of the sales department in the preparation of offers.

Your Tasks

The Naval Assets MSSR Product Manager is responsible for the equipment required for the installation of IFF systems on various ships and shore installations (cabinets (standard and compact), multicontrol unit (MCU), antennas). Among other things, the focus is on the future further development of the cabinets in combination with the MSSR

The Naval Assets MSSR Product Manager leads the development teams

The Naval Assets MSSR Product Manager is responsible for driving forward civil and military approvals for future products

Define the requirements for the assets in cooperation with the project managers (and for future projects with the sales department)

Set up and track the budget for the necessary development activities

Creating and maintaining schedules / release plans for the development activities in collaboration with the development / bid team

Ensuring an HMS-compliant product life cycle

Further development of the existing portfolio in close cooperation with the other IFF product managers / project managers, sales / bid and program management

Communication with external stakeholders (AIMS, BAAINBw, WTD, various customers)

Your Profile

Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, communications engineering or comparable

Professional experience in the field of project management, project management in development

Specific knowledge of IFF system technology advantageous

PMI / IPMA certification or comparable advantageous

Assertiveness and ability to work in a team

Good communication skills in a demanding work environment is a prerequisite

Ability to motivate and lead an interdisciplinary team

Flexibility and willingness to travel is a prerequisite

Business fluent in German and English
