JOB OPENING Title :                    Relocation Readiness Assistant / Lending Closet Admin / Administrative                                     support Location :            ACS Baumholder Kaserne, Germany Start Date :          April 2025 Job-Type :          Full Time Job Overview A Technician is needed to provide Relocation Readiness Program, Lending Closet Administration and Administrative support services for Army Community Service.

Qualifications Must be able to access the installation or be a DOD ID card holder.

Contractor shall be able to obtain all background checks required within 30 days of contract award.

• The Contractor shall have an associate degree or equivalent education and or one (1) year of information & referral and / or one (1) year of customer service experience which may be substituted for education.

Three years of customer service experience and / or customer service can be substituted for education.

The Contractor shall read, understand, speak, and write English sufficiently to clearly communicate with and instruct colleagues, supervisors and clients.

The Contractor shall possess good automation skills to include word processing.

The Contractor shall be proficient in the use and application of common software programs mentioned and those in use at ACS, specifically Microsoft Word, Power Point, Publisher, Outlook, SharePoint and Excel.

Contractor shall possess the ability to present information orally and in written format.

Strong customer service skills, time management and records management skills are required.
