You have the opportunity to join a market leading client in the engineering industry. My client is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional to join their team for the upcoming SAP projects this year, you will join a highly experienced SAP team of over 25 people. Tasks Develop a global strategy for the continuous development and optimization of the assigned SuccessFactors modules Lead and execute global projects related to the modules (e.g., rollouts, new functionalities, upgrades, process changes) in collaboration with Group Subject Matter Experts and local teams across the regions Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Group HR, IT, regional HR, key users) and external partners (consultants, software providers) Support regional HR leads in the implementation of global / local system and process adjustments and ensure compliance with global standards Foster global collaboration and the exchange of best practices among regional HR teams Provide a communication path for top down as well as bottom up feedback regarding systems and processes steer the decision making for resulting changes Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and support documentation for the modules Profile Minimum three years of experience in managing, supporting, and developing SAP SuccessFactors modules Experience in global rollout projects, change management, and process optimization Strong communication skills and the ability to align diverse interests Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, a structured approach Team player with the ability to foster cross-cultural collaboration Fluency in English, additional group languages are beneficial We offer Plenty of room for your own ideas and creative solutions.
