Introductie

Reporting to the Project Senior Site Manager, our client is looking for an overall responsible for the construction activities on site in his area of responsibility, including EHS and quality aspects of all CSA & MEP works

Functie

• Follow up the EHS activities for all work carried out on site. Stop and correct unsafe activities for any work on site.
• Promotes, upholds and participates in monitoring EHS on site and in the site office.
• Participates actively in EHS programs, activities and initiatives.
• Participation in the preparation and implementation of QA / QC policies and processes and their assurance and compliance.
• Implementation of and compliance with of QA / QC policies and processes.
• Monitor and ensure that all issues out of the QA / QC process are being followed-up and closed in a timely manner.
• Implementation of site walks related to the work package to assure the quality.
• Ensure that the quality on site, compliance with approved submittal, sample and mockup for the work on site are being performed correctly while maintaining the required Quality in accordance with the project documents. Inspection records are being properly filled, signed and filed.
• Organize and lead the Daily / Weekly Construction Coordination Meeting on site (Whiteboard Meetings).
• Support the look ahead schedule with field engineers and site planners to ensure that work contractors are planning the work in the right sequence and direction.
• Make sure that the method statements and risk assessments are being checked. Ensure that the work contractors are following the approved method statement.
• Overall coordination of the material delivery to site for the certain scope.
• Conduct regular site walk through and inspection with related field management team. To foresee upcoming issues on site.
• Check and ensure that the progress claim matches with the actual site progress.
• Be the first signature authority for the CM / Supervision Department on all contractor time sheets for works performed on-site.
• Prepare and report out the overall construction progress to the Project Site Manager. Prepare progress report as needed.
• Overall coordination for the interface of CSA, MEP, Infrastructure, EHS and Contractors.
• Support the system / area handover activities. Ensure that the handover inspection is being carried out properly and handover being done smoothly and timely to the client.
• Foster teamwork, promote respect and communicate with all project team members.
• Support to implement and performing of the onboarding of supplier and contractor and delivery documentation.
• Technical execution of all related QA / QC functions “on site” incl. site inspections / walks.
