We are looking for a : Global Project Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Journey Project Manager. Reporting to the Program Manager of ORBIS U Transition & Strategy, the primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate patient journey initiatives within various business unit teams while also providing support in escalation management as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with various stakeholders in the business unit to develop and implement patient journey initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
Serve as the main point of contact for product teams regarding patient journey projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources across Business Units to ensure successful execution of patient journey initiatives.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders involved in patient journey initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and patient advocacy groups.
Provide regular updates on patient journey projects to stakeholders, addressing feedback and concerns as necessary.
Assist in managing escalated issues related to the patient journey, working with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
Assess and prioritize escalated issues based on urgency and impact, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Provide support and guidance to Business Units in handling escalated issues effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient journey initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Recommend best practices and strategies to enhance the patient experience and drive operational excellence across Business Units.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and innovation in patient journey coordination.
Qualifications
Position to fill ASAP in France (iprefered) and Germany.
