Tasks Your role : As a Project Manager, you will oversee a variety of exciting projects, ensuring smooth execution from conception to completion. Your key responsibilities include : Project Coordination : Managing timelines, resources, and budgets to meet project goals and exceed client expectations. Client Communication : Serving as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Team Collaboration : Coordinating with creatives, technologists, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Problem-Solving : Addressing challenges with a proactive and creative approach. Documentation & Reporting : Maintaining project plans, schedules, and reports to ensure alignment across teams and clients. Requirements Your profile : We are looking for someone with a blend of business acumen and practical skills, who appreciates a fast-paced and creative environment. Key qualifications include : A degree in business, project management, or related fields, or equivalent experience. Strong organizational and planning skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients and colleagues. A natural, down-to-earth personality with a friendly, approachable demeanor which thrives in a flat hierarchy structure. Problem solving mindset with a focus on enhancing team work to achieve shared goals. Experience in architectural or creative industries as a project manager is a plus but not a must.
