Requirements :

• You have a proven track record in leading and improving engineering teams.
• Strong communicator who prefers facetoface collaboration and empowers others.
• Youre giving and open to receiving fair, open, and direct feedback in all directions.
• Highly proficient in TypeScript and NodeJS, with familiarity in frameworks like NestJS.
• You are passionate about developing applications with excellent user experience and value clean, testable, robust, and maintainable code.
• You have solid experience with web and cloud application development.
• You are familiar with basic Agile concepts and methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Scrum).

Responsibilities :

Youre the change agent for engineering practices, culture, and processes within your team.

Write production code and take on sprint tasks yourself. You lead by example and stay close to the problem.

Drive the shiftplanning domain to the next level, delivering reliable, scalable services that power thousands of rosters every day.

Refine our architecture and ensure code quality through pair programming, reviews and automated tests.

Partner with the Product Owner to plan, design and ship valuable increments on time.

Keep feedback loops short by releasing to production multiple times per week.

Empower, inspire, and be a role model for your fellow technical colleagues.

Refine our architecture, drive topics and share knowledge across the organisation.
