The core task of the department is to set the corporate strategy as well as strategy targets and ensure their operationalization within CARIAD. The operationalization of the strategy / strategy targets entails the overall program steering / transformation office as well as driving a number of high priority strategic projects. As a basis, the department also defines the framework for strategy targets, to ensure a joint direction of the organization.
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary expert as (Senior) Strategy Specialist (f / m / d) who will shape our strategy targets and steer the program as well as high priority initiatives. The role provides the opportunity to create impact across the entire organization and to work closely with senior management across the group and company.
The ideal candidate will combine strong problem solving, project management and presentation / communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with project teams as well as senior management.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive and coordinate the definition of CARIAD's strategy targets as well as strategy initiatives
- Lead and execute strategic initiatives, by gathering and synthesizing relevant data, conducting analyses, and presenting final recommendations
- Develop and coordinate high-quality decision proposals for CARIAD & Group board meetings
- Further shape the development of the CARIAD Transformation / strategy operationalization program (e.g., setup of program, definition of key initiatives)
- Contribute to other important department topics
