You will participate in requirements elicitation, analysis of architecture, create and review design and contribute to activities related to estimation, staffing analysis & solutioning and risk planning. You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high quality deliverables. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.Required- German proficiency level of C1 / C2 (Minimum) and ability to speak in English.- Knowledge of multiple SDLC models- Knowledge of relevant quality and process frameworks like CMMi, ITIL- Knowledge of Estimation methodologies to plan and meet project goals- Knowledge of different models of maintenance & support, knowledge of SLA frameworks and Transition process and knowledge portfolio analysis tools to select and implement the right model- Knowledge of Change control process & tools including traceability matrix to manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle- Drives convergence across multiple interdependent teams, proactively resolves conflict areas- Anticipates customer needs, Analyzes and constantly improves systems, processes and services, resolves tough issues and builds confidence- Experience in Mainframe environment- Mainframe Cobol, DB2- Experience in working with JCL, VSAM, Rexx, CICS- Experience in Transactional & Batch programming.Preferred- PMP certifications is a plus.PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
