Project Planning & Strategy

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives timelines resources and deliverables.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and success criteria.

Provide strategic direction and vision to project teams ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Project Execution & Coordination

Oversee daytoday project activities ensuring tasks are executed according to plan.

Monitor project progress and take necessary action to ensure successful completion.

Build and lead crossfunctional project teams fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.

Communicate effectively with team members stakeholders and executives to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk & Resource Management

Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Manage project budgets and resources efficiently ensuring optimal utilization.

Quality Assurance

Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.

Conduct thorough project reviews and evaluations upon completion.

Reporting & Governance

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status risks and issues.

Generate comprehensive project reports for leadership review.

Qualifications :

At least 3 years of experience in project management.

Experience leading crossfunctional projects in an international environment.

Bachelors or Masters degree in technical or business / management studies.

Project management certifications are an advantage.

Familiarity with preparing reports and presentations for management.

Strategic mindset with a strong longterm perspective.

Proactive attitude and eagerness to make an impact in a fastgrowing organizational environment.

Strong listening communication and collaboration skills paired with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office Jira or other project management tools.

Fluent in English (B2C1).

Willingness to travel.
