We are seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager to drive innovation and manage key long-term projects. With a focus on collaboration, development, and continuous improvement, this role will put you at the forefront of impactful initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead IT projects in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Oversee project communication, stakeholder engagement, and requirements management.
  • Utilize Power BI to create evaluations, dashboards, and key metric visualizations.
  • Implement new IT applications and improve existing ones (e.g., SharePoint, RPA, document management systems).
  • Develop and enhance interfaces between various tools and the ERP system.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT, or a related field.
  • German language proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
  • Proven experience managing software development and integration projects.
  • Hands-on experience with application development and front-end implementation (JavaScript / TypeScript is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of data migration, SQL, databases, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
