HR Payroll Manager (f / m / d)

To support our Payroll team we are searching for a HR Payroll Manager (f / m / d) to be based in our Munich office or in our warehouse in Leipzig.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prepare monthly payroll while ensuring compliance with current tax and social security regulations, and manage all related follow-up activities
• Independently handle reporting, notifications, and certificate management, as well as correspondence with health insurance providers, authorities, and other institutions
• Be responsible for maintaining employee records and managing absence administration
• Manage correspondence with employees
• Assist in audits and year-end closing processes
• Create reports, statistics, analyses, and provide general reporting
• Contribute to HR projects and support HR processes
