About the role

You perform purchasing-to-pay procedures, including master data management, PR-PO approvals, and spot buying. As a Buyer you will provide a professional procurement service to MCG EMEA to ensure all goods and services are purchased effectively on a day-to-day basis and deliver an effective and efficient service whilst looking for continuous improvement opportunities.

Your Responsibilities :

• Manage Purchase-to-Pay Operations : Oversee purchase requisitions, order processing, and effective procurement within the region
• Achieve Procurement Targets : Support the achievement of qualitative and quantitative purchase-to-pay targets
• Set Operative Buying Targets : Contribute to defining operative buying targets based on Regional Hub operations and experience.
• Ensure Effective Ordering : Responsibly order goods and materials in alignment with business specifications and category management terms
• Maintain Vendor Integrity : Ensure transparency and integrity of external vendor agreements and masta data in accordance with category team standards
• Collaborate for Success : Collaborate effectively within the team , with category teams, and the broader EMEA procurement organization
