As our first QA Engineer youll play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling our quality assurance practices ensuring our B2B products deliver exceptional experiences. This is an opportunity to define and implement QA strategies champion quality and collaborate crossfunctionally in a fastpaced environment.

What you will do

• Own and implement the entire QA function from scratch setting the foundation for a qualitydriven culture
• Design plan and execute manual and automated testing strategies to ensure product excellence
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate testing into the development process encouraging autonomous quality checks
• Advocate for quality by pushing for robust testing practices across all teams
• Play a strategic role in choosing and implementing tools processes and frameworks for comprehensive QA coverage across all levels of testing (unit integration system performance)
• Drive early risk discovery and mitigation by deeply understanding requirements and aligning with stakeholders
• Measure live product behavior establish quality metrics and hold teams accountable for quality outcomes
• Guide the team to adopt a pragmatic and sustainable approach to quality culture
