Embedded Software Engineer - DE - Braunschweig

Summary

This position within Metronix R&D is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions for embedded systems running under real-time-condition in our servo drive family. The role involves fostering collaboration with other embedded software engineers, electrical engineers and project management professionals to achieve common objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Creation of requirement analyses, specifications and software designs
• Design, develop, and debug software for embedded systems
• Conduct unit testing, system testing and debugging of software components to ensure quality and reliability
• Collaboration with the hardware and software team over all development phases to ensure functionality
• Creation of necessary development documentation according to the development process
• Configuration management, bug tracking
