You will participate in requirements elicitation, review of architecture, review design and estimation, staffing analysis & solutioning and risk planning. You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high quality deliverables. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.Required- German proficiency level of C1 / C2 (Minimum) and ability to speak in English- Act as 1st point of contact for Stakeholder / relationship management- Risk and Dependency management- Track and review progress across work streams and ensure it is progressing as per schedule- Hold complete responsibility for the Deliverables and Services of this work Order.- Represent Supplier in the Operations Committee, Status meetings and reviews- Daily program management throughout the program life cycle- Defining the program governance (controls)- Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress- Managing the program's budget- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements- Knowledge of multiple SDLC models- Knowledge of relevant quality and process frameworks like CMMi, ITIL- Knowledge of Estimation methodologies- Knowledge of different models of maintenance & support, knowledge of SLA frameworks and Transition process and Knowledge of portfolio analysis tools to select and implement the right model.- Knowledge of Change control process & tools including traceability matrix- Drives convergence across multiple interdependent teams, proactively resolves conflict areas.- Anticipates customer needs, Analyzes and constantly improves systems, processes and services, resolves tough issues and builds confidence.- Experience in J2EE, Spring, Springboot, Restful Webservices.- Experience of Oracle DatabasePreferred- PMP certifications is a plus.- Oracle and Java Certification is a plus.PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
