Product & Release Manager
based in Erlangen Germany.
You will bridge the gap between development QA marketing and publishing ensuring our games and updates reach players smoothly and successfully.
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of builds and live services.
Plan and execute worldwide game releases including major updates patches and DLCs.
Manage submission processes for platforms such as PlayStation Xbox Nintendo and Steam.
Work closely with marketing community management and external partners to optimize product positioning.
Coordinate with internal teams (development QA localization marketing) to ensure timely and highquality releases.
Ensure compliance with platformspecific guidelines technical standards and age rating requirements.
Monitor postrelease performance address potential issues and report potential improvements for future releases.
Qualifications :
Expected Qualifications
Experience in product management and / or release management ideally in the gaming industry.
Strong understanding of game development publishing processes and business models.
Familiarity with platform certification and submission requirements (PlayStation Xbox Nintendo Steam).
Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate between multiple teams.
Experience with project management tools.
A passion for video games and an understanding of player communities.
