Site Quality Control Leader (m / w / d)

Summary :

Der Site QC Leader fungiert als Leiter der Qualitätskontrolle am Standort Leverkusen und ist verantwortlich für die unten beschriebenen Aufgaben.

Responsibilities Include :

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter
• Entwicklung und Training von QC-Mitarbeitern
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen und Momentive Vorgaben im QC-Bereich
• Sicherstellung der benötigte Sicherheitskultur
• Verantwortung für die Einhaltung des QC-Budgets
• Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der für die QC-Prozesse zutreffenden Normen wie ISO9001 und IAFT 16949
• Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Analyse und Freigabe von Roh- und Hilfsstoffen
• Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Freigabe von Produkten, Verfügbarkeit der QC-Analyse Geräte und Erstellung des CoAs
• Verantwortlich für Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung der QC Prozesse, QC-Methoden und Arbeitsweisen auf Aktualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit, Identifikation von Verbesserungspotential und dessen Umsetzung
• Sicherstellung der Verwaltung and Optimierung aller QC-Prozesse in SAP und LIMS
• Erster Ansprechpartner für interne und externe QC-Fachfragen für Leverkusener Rohmaterial / Edukte / Produkte
• Ansprechpartner für Tolling für QC Methoden Abgleich / Entwicklung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf bei der Qualifizierung neuer Lieferanten
• Unterschriftberechtigter für dem QC-Teil bei MOC und NPI Prozessen
• Ansprechpartner für externe Dienstleister wie Currenta, Contilab, SGS Analytical
• Ausbildungsbetreuung für Chemie Laboranten
