ROLE
The QA Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s Quality Assurance (QA) systems and processes. This role ensures that all products, processes, and services meet the highest quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. The QA Manager will lead the QA team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive continuous improvement and quality excellence. The QA Manager serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external quality audits and plays a pivotal role in building a culture of quality throughout the organization.
1. Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight :
- Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Regularly review and update quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Lead internal and external audits to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
