Quality assurance specialist Jobs in Hohenstein-Ernstthal

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet and exceed ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
• Ensure all quality processes and procedures are documented, maintained, and followed consistently across the organization.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with QMS requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Directly lead and manage a team of six quality engineers and technicians, providing mentorship, training, and development opportunities.
• Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency within the production process, working closely with the Plant Manager and production teams.
• Implement quality control measures and best practices to minimize waste and reduce production costs while maintaining high standards of product quality.
• Prepare and present reports on quality performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives.
