The mission of the thermal systems business group is to develop and manufacture systems, modules and components to ensure thermal energy management of the power train and comfort for each passenger, during all phases of vehicle use. These systems help to significantly reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and other pollutants and harmful particles from vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. They also increase travel range and battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles. At the Front Office in Bietigheim-Bissingen we are supporting Sale- and Project activities and compose the interface between the customers Daimler and Valeo-internal departments at the development from Thermal Systems.

Missions

You lead the industrialization of the new P1
You improve the production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) in your perimeter
You capitalize and share the know-how of industrial processes in his domain
You participate in the design of new equipment and new lines
You lead the Lean design workshop

Profile

You have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in the field of engineering or a comparable degree

You have 3-5 years of experience in process and industrialization

You have knowledge on quality tools (capabilities, statistics, DOE)

You have experience in PFMEA construction

You have good interpersonal and communication skills

You have good synthetics presentation, planning and prioritizing skills

You speak English fluently
