As part of the Quality Systems Team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will have a unique opportunity to support processes that are essential for the quality of our products and enable a reliable manufacturing workflow. You will achieve this by collaborating closely with other functions and departments to identify solutions for diverse challenges and, at the same time, ensure strict compliance to the Quality Management System.

A day in the Life

• Review and evaluate complaints and deviations together with functional teams and support the development of corrective actions.
• Ensure the functionality and consistency of documentation by supervising the Document Management System
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to evaluate process change requests and provide guidance throughout the change workflow
• Provide Quality-related Trainings to Site Staff and promote our exceptional Quality Culture.
• Conduct and document Risk Assessments and internal Audits of the site’s processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Lead and Support Projects to Improve the Quality Management System, driving innovation and excellence.
