We are looking for a friendly and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team!

Your Responsibilities :

  • Review job descriptions and requests from European Institutions, and prepare and share job offers through various channels.
  • Build new partnerships to find more ways to recruit.
  • Find and attract IT talent using our database, job boards, social networks, and more.
  • Manage and support candidates through the entire hiring process, keeping reports updated.
  • Contact candidates by phone, email, and Teams, and conduct HR interviews.
  • Prepare needed documents like CVs and skill summaries.
  • Create financial offers and write employment contracts.
  • Help new employees get started.
  • Attend job fairs across Europe.

Your Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT recruiting.
  • Strong team player who can also work independently.
  • Good at organizing and prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent people skills, fluent in both English and French.
  • Experience with Excel and Word.
