- As a Career Advisor, every day you have the opportunity to change the lives of others by finding the perfect match between our customers' needs and your candidates' expectations;
- You search for suitable candidates in our database, on external job boards, at job fairs and through networking. Sites such as Indeed and LinkedIn hold no secrets for you;
- You carry out a telephone pre-selection to assess whether the candidate seems to fit in with one of our customers' job offers;
- Thanks to an in-depth, high-quality interview, you find the best match between the candidate's expectations and the customer's requirements;
- As a good career advisor, you follow your candidates throughout their career path, so they can rely on you every step of the way;
- Being in daily contact with our customers, you understand their recruitment needs better than anyone else and build long-term relationships with them;
- You're administratively sound : from advertising vacancies to collecting documents for contract signature, to writing interview reports, you take care of every detail;

Profile
Recruitment experience : Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is an asset, but above all we value your potential and determination.
