As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced People & Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition and human resources initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping our company culture, attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Acquisition : Own and run the full-cycle recruiting process – from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Hiring Strategy : Work closely with hiring managers to plan future headcount needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates and teams.
• HR Operations : Manage the day-to-day HR operations including payroll coordination, contract management, time off, benefits and the administration of our HRIS (Rippling).
• Onboarding & Offboarding : Coordinate a consistent, welcoming onboarding experience and manage offboarding in close collaboration with managers and IT.
• Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all HR processes are compliant with German labor law and keep employee documentation organized and up to date.
• Culture : Support and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture by assisting in organizing team events, promoting company values, and championing employee engagement initiatives.
