About the team :

The Executive Recruiting team at SAP is responsible for recruiting the world’s best-in-class talent at the Vice President level and above across every board area in Europe, Middle East & Africa. Our EMEA / MEE team consists of ~14 experienced professionals located around the globe, all of whom possess deep domain expertise and executive talent market connectivity.

We are looking for a motivated intern (m / f / d) to join the Executive Recruiting team for at least 6 months and to support our executive recruiters in their daily business.

What you’ll do :

Position title : iXp Intern (m / f / d) Executive Recruiting in EMEA / MEE

Work Area : Human Resources

Location : Walldorf

Expected start date : as soon as possible

In this role, you’ll :

During your internship we’d like to give you the opportunity to get insights into the full process of hiring employees into senior management and expert roles at SAP.

Your core tasks include :

Assigning Headcounts to responsible recruiters

Who you are :

You are a student (f / m / d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

Note for Germany : currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
