We are looking for a Sales Recruitment Manager (m / f / d) who thrives in sales, business development, relationship management. Aufgaben As a Sales Manager in Recruiting & Staffing, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals and managing the end-to-end 360° recruitment process. Acquiring new clients and driving business development. Creating and executing a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and global reach. Negotiating terms and conditions with both clients and candidates. Advising clients and assisting them in filling open positions with qualified professionals. Identifying and directly approaching qualified candidates through various channels and networking.Overseeing the full recruitment process and conducting contract negotiations with clients and candidates. Qualifikation Proven sales talent with high motivation, ambition and initiative. Experience as a business developer is an advantage. Experience in recruitment. IT vocational training or a university degree Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
