The Supervisor Inside Sales will be responsible to lead and to coordinate the Inside Sales team in all aspects of Sales process.

What You Will Do
- Lead the Inside Sales team in different locations for different accounts in Germany with report to the Sales Director
- Develop your team with all individual employees to make sure that your team is able to solve the day-to-day business
- Manage the system integration with your team for Sales in Europe to the Molex landscape
- Organize the communication with your team to all internal departments related to fulfill the customer requirements
- Work closely with the leaders from program management, finance and risk management to identify gaps in communication and process
- Participate in integration projects to bring in interest / relevant information from Sales
- Manage portal access for different customers with your team
