You are a crucial part of our Tech team (4 people) directly reporting to our CTO who is also part of the Partner team. Your role will be at the heart of our infrastructure operations with a focus on blockchain validator operations and cloud infrastructure management. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our validator infrastructure and cloud operations. The role offers relevant growth opportunities to advance into a Senior DevOps or Infrastructure Lead position. Tasks Your Responsibilities Deploy, monitor, and manage blockchain validators across multiple projects Design and maintain infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) Regularly interact with teams from our blockchain projects to coordinate and execute chain release upgrades Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our cloud infrastructure Participate in on-call rotation to respond to infrastructure incidents and ensure uptime of critical systems Requirements This is you Required Qualifications Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Terraform for managing infrastructure Solid understanding of CI / CD pipelines and tools (e.g. GitLab CI) Experience in running and maintaining blockchain validators or other high-availability distributed systems Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker Familiarity with cloud networking concepts, load balancers, and monitoring tools Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Cosmos SDK, Tendermint / CometBFT and Ethereum node operations Knowledge of blockchain consensus mechanisms and validator economics Knowledge of smart contracts and Web3 technologies is a big plus Certifications in GCP is a plus Benefits This is us and what we offer Diverse and challenging tasks, a steep learning curve as well as the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues and the company’s management Competitive compensation and being part of a high growth and fast paced environment since we are part of a re-birth of the internet High level of creative freedom, as well as fast decision-making processes Flexible and hybrid working environment Closing Let’s talk.
