The tasks
- Responsibility for the production area with a strong focus on quality and output optimization
- Lead a production area comprising approximately 7 direct reports and over 50 team members, ensuring seamless operations across multiple production lines
- Analyzing and improving processes , minimizing waste and costs, and ensuring adherence to standards and quality guidelines
- Contribute to investment planning and long-term strategic decisions, execute management directives and track performance against set objectives
- Handling technical issues, optimizing machine settings, and creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Responsibility for occupational safety, environmental standards and cleanliness , particularly in a 24 / 7 continuous production environment
