The Service Specialist EDC Repair Center(d / w / m) is responsible for ensuring the optimalperformance of our demo medical devices. This includes maintenance,repairs, and software installations, as well as conductingdiagnostics to keep the systems in perfect condition for customerdemonstrations.

This positionreports to the Manger EDC Workshop and is part of the EMEADemocenter l ocated in Wetzlarand will be an on-siterole .

Inthis role, you will have the opportunityto :

  • Cleaning, functionalinspection, completeness verification, and disinfection of demoequipment, as well as replenishment ofconsumables.
  • Performing diagnostics,maintenance, and repairs, including deploying upgrades on demosystems using various applicationsoftware
  • Responsible for system integration,including order verification, installation of software andhardware, configuration of application data, creation of acceptanceprotocols, as well as testing and releasing applications, includingsoftware tests for sales and newsetups
  • Coordination of repair services withexternal companies
  • Management anddecommissioning of demo equipment in SAP Backoffice to maximizeutilization and contribute to revenuegrowth

The essentialrequirements of the jobinclude :

  • Degree inelectronics or mechatronics with specialized training, along withmultiple years of professionalexperience
  • Technical affinity and strongcomputer skills
  • Fluent German and very goodEnglish skills (spoken andwritten)

    • Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein :

  • Technical expertise inhandling repairs, calibrations, upgrades and alliedtasks.

    AlsAnsprechpartner für unsere Demo-Medizingeräte sorgen Sie für dereneinwandfreie Funktion. Sie übernehmen Wartung, Reparaturen undSoftwareinstallationen, führen Fehleranalysen durch und stellen dieEinsatzbereitschaft der Systeme sicher – für optimale Demos beimKunden.

    IHRVERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH

  • Reinigung,Funktionsüberprüfung, Vollständigkeitskontrolle und Desinfektionder Demoware sowie Vervollständigung derVerbrauchsmaterialien
  • Durchführung vonFehleranalysen, Wartung und Reparatur sowie Ausspielen von Upgradesan Demosystemen mit Hilfe unterschiedlicherApplikationssoftware
  • Verantwortung für dieSystemintegration (inklusive Auftragsprüfung) und Installation vonSoftware und Hardware sowie Einstellung der Applikationsdaten,Erstellung des Abnahmeprotokolls sowie Testen und Freigeben derApplikation, inklusive Applikationssoftware-Tests bei Abverkäufenund Neugenerierungen
  • Koordination von Transportund Reparaturleistungen mit externenFirmen
  • Abverkauf und Auflösung nach Vorgaben(Backoffice SAP), um einen hohen Nutzungsgrad der Demoware zuermöglichen und zum Umsatzwachstumbeizutragen

    • IHRPROFIL

  • AbgeschlosseneBerufsausbildung zum / zur Elektroniker : in oder Mechatroniker : in mitFachausbildung, sowie mehrjährigeBerufserfahrung
  • Technische Affinität und guteKenntnisse im Umgang mit dem PC
  • FließendeDeutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort undSchrift)
