The INM Energy Materials Group explores electrochemical tools for desalination and ion recovery. Expanding from lithium-ions and other precious elements, we now seek a :
Ph.D. student (F / M / D) for research on electrochemical rare earth element separation
Desired starting date : June 1st, 2025 (or sooner) , salary level E13 TV-L 60%, contract limited to three years (with possible extension).
YOUR TASKS
- Synthesis and characterization of ion-selective electrode materials.
- Electrochemical desalination experiments.
- Material characterization and performance benchmarking.
- Leading efforts related to experimental work, data analysis, and publications.
