• Develop cutting-edge optical metrology systems for scientific and industrial applications
• Perform hands-on experimental research in quantum optics and photonic technologies
• Advance state-of-the-art calibration methods through innovative instrumentation
• Work closely with international partners in collaborative R&D projects
• Present findings at conferences and publish in high-impact peer-reviewed journals
• Contribute to the scientific and technological progress in precision measurement
• Master of Science degree in a technical field, preferably optical physics or engineering, with eligibility for PhD enrollment at German universities (3-year PhD project)
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
