These are the tasks for this position :
- Support of the global CRM Manager in administrative tasks, as well as in the implementation of best practices
- CRM first-line support for Salesforce managers and IT in local subsidiaries
- Creation of Veeva & Salesforce reports
- Setting up new users in Veeva & Salesforce
- Territory management in Salesforce
- Support in the introduction of Veeva in new countries
- Training of experienced and new Veeva users / teams
- Communication with external third-party providers / service providers
