Job Description

  • You will gain valuable practical experience and insights in the field of research & development as part of an internship, a working student position or a thesis
  • You will have the opportunity to actively work on exciting topics in the following areas

Mechanical design and “rapid prototyping”, including e.g. 3D printing

  • Numerical simulation
  • Heat transport and thermodynamics
  • Development of electronic circuits and firmware programming
  • Material characterization with thermoanalytical and rheological methods
  • You will take on responsible tasks, e.g :
  • Supervision of experimental setups, validation and evaluation of experiments

  • Development of technical concepts
  • Development and testing of functional assemblies / prototypes
  • Analysis and optimization of existing technical solutions
  • You will get to know various devices for thermal analysis and rheology and gain insights into different material classes
  • Qualifications

  • You are a student (m / f / d) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics, process engineering, materials science or a comparable scientific / technical degree program
  • You have a good technical understanding
  • You work conscientiously, carefully, in a structured manner and are a team player
  • You are highly motivated and reliable
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
