We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Director for our department R&D Reagents  Chemical Biology to lead and inspire a team of highly skilled managers scientists and technical professionals for supporting our mission of making cancer history.

• Your role is pivotal in driving the development of cuttingedge technologies and products within our research business fields Cell Separation Flow Cytometry Cell Imaging and Cell Culture.
• You shape the planning and execution of our business strategy and project development goals by setting priorities and presenting the results to senior management.
• You will drive innovation and identify new opportunities for product and technology development and work globally with crossfunctional teams academic research partners and industrial collaborators.
• You are part of an interdisciplinary Chemical Biology team including chemists biologists immunologists and will lead and continuously improve a comprehensive chemistry team to achieve project objectives and agreed deliverables in time.
• You act as thought leader in our R&D department by inspiring our teams presenting research findings at conferences publishing in peerreviewed journals and filing new intellectual property.

You are passionate about advancing and cuttingedge science and have the experience to lead groundbreaking R&D initiatives in a fastgrowing environment.
