Job Description

To strengthen our team we are looking for a :

HSE Manager (m / f / d) Civil Engineering / Energy Lines Bachhausen

Your tasks

  • Building progress from ideas together with passion
  • Taking over the tasks regarding occupational safety in accordance with DGUV Regulation 2
  • Collaboration in the occupational safety department and support in achieving occupational safety goals
  • Implementation of the Max Bögl safety standard across the entire value chain
  • Identification of possible substitutions of hazardous and water-polluting substances in cooperation with the specialist departments
  • Close cooperation with purchasing, IT and research and product development
  • Support for sustainability initiatives within the group
  • Planning, implementation and documentation of safety inspections and internal safety audits on construction sites and in production
  • Interdisciplinary advice for colleagues and customers regarding issues of occupational safety, fire protection, hazardous substances, state of the art

Your profile

  • Degree and solid professional experience desirable
  • Knowledge of the relevant state and professional association regulations
  • Basic knowledge of REACH, AwSV and the Hazardous Substances Ordinance
  • Training as an occupational safety specialist desirable
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office products and PC routine for creating analyses, statistics, reports, etc.
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • LEAN knowledge is an advantage
  • Empathy and assertiveness
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to keep track of many tasks, interfaces and deadlines simultaneously
