Responsibilities

Are you curious about how people use digital products and passionate about shaping user experiences through research? We're looking for a UX Intern (m / f / d) with a strong interest in UX Research to join our Product Design team for a mandatory full-time internship.

You'll work on real projects, alongside experienced designers and developers, and have the time and support to grow your skills – whether you're aiming to become a UX Researcher or a UX Designer with a solid foundation in research.

This is not a typical internship where you just observe. You'll be treated like a team member and actively contribute to meaningful work that makes a difference.

• Support our Product Design team in user-centered product development
• Assist in planning, conducting, and analyzing UX research such as surveys, interviews, and usability tests
• Get hands-on experience with behavioral and attitudinal methods
• Use and help improve our in-house research tool, the User Focus Program , to recruit participants, create surveys, and measure UX using methods like SUS, UEQ, and Jobs to Be Done
• Help improve the metrics, methodology, and usability of the User Focus Program itself
• Document and share findings in tools like Confluence and Figma
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for design and product
• Work closely with Designers, Developers, Product Owners and Product Managers in agile teams
• Optional but welcome!) Contribute to UI design by creating wireframes, mock-ups, and interface specifications
